Fully operated and supervised by Ontario Sailing Association Certified Instructors! Sailing Regatta, kids & parents/family/friends party on the Friday afternoon at the public beach hosted by Grass and Loon Lake Residents Group.

The Town of Kearney is considering a complete ban of fireworks – there will be no exceptions and you or your guests may be subject to fines. Stay tuned…


Please teach the kids to NOT touch or capture the frogs! They are a very significant part of the aquaculture.


The OPP Marine Unit visited our lakes on the August 2016 long weekend. Various reports suggest that significant fines were issued to a few boaters who did not possess all required documents and/or safety gear. I spoke with the OPP about safety at the Loon Lake Dam and I suspect they will return. Be prepared and please be safe on the water!
